HIGH-END TIMEPIECE
RETOUCHING
This Seamaster project was approached as equipment, not ornament. The goal was to present the watches as they exist in use—confident, readable, and composed under pressure.
Retouching decisions were guided by durability and presence rather than visual drama. Steel surfaces were kept grounded and tactile, preserving weight and texture without softening the watches’ character. Edges, bezel markings, and bracelet articulation were clarified to reinforce their engineered nature.
The dials were treated with restraint. Contrast and lume were adjusted for clarity at a glance, maintaining legibility without relying on artificial punch. Reflections were controlled to suggest depth and atmosphere while keeping the watches anchored in a real-world setting.
The final imagery emphasizes reliability and intent.
Timepieces designed to perform, shown without unnecessary distraction.
